almond flour1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
psyllium husk powder5 Tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
baking powder2 Tsp Baking Powder
sea salt1 Tsp Sea Salt
water1 Cup Water
apple cider vinegar2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
egg whites3 Egg Whites
sesame seeds2 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Bring the water to a boil.

Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients, and combine well. Add boiling water, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds.

Shape dough into 6 separate rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Top with sesame seeds.

Bake  50–60 minutes. Enjoy!
