ground beef1.5 Lb Ground Beef
onions1/4 Cup Onions, Chopped
garlic1/2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
pork rinds1/2 Cup Pork Rinds, Crushed
eggs2 Eggs
seasonings1 Tbsp Italian Seasonings
pepper1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
mustard1 Tsp Mustard
liquid aminos1 Tsp Liquid Aminos
ketchup5 Tbsp Ketchup

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix it until it's fully combined.

Grease bread pan and shape the mixture inside the pan.

Add extra ketchup to the top of the meatloaf, then cover it with foil before you bake it.
