chicken thighs
2 lbs chicken thighs
lime juice
1/4 cup lime juice
liquid aminos
1/3 cup liquid aminos
olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic
3 cloves garlic, minced
ginger
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
ground allspice
1 tsp ground allspice
sea salt and pepper
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
