chicken thighs2 lbs chicken thighs
lime juice1/4 cup lime juice
liquid aminos1/3 cup liquid aminos
olive oil2 tbsp olive oil
garlic3 cloves garlic, minced
ginger2 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
ground allspice1 tsp ground allspice
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to taste
ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
ground nutmeg1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
