cheddar cheese1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
chicken broth1 2/3 Cups Chicken Broth
butter2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
pack ranch seasoning mix1/2 Pack Ranch Seasoning Mix
cream cheese4 Oz Cream Cheese
heavy cream1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
broccoli1 1/2 Cups Broccoli (or 1 frozen steam bag)
bacon1/4 Cup Crumbled Cooked Bacon
cheddar cheese2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
bacon1/2 Cup Crumbled Cooked Bacon


Cook chicken and 1 cup chicken broth in a slow cooker for 3 1/2 hours with a little salt and pepper.
Remove chicken and shred. You should have around 2 cups of cooked chicken.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter.
Mix in 2/3 cup chicken broth, cream cheese, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, 1/4 cup crumbled bacon, and 1/2 cup cheese.
Use a whisk and combine ingredients while slowly cooking on low for 5 minutes.
While the mixture is cooking, steam either a frozen bag of broccoli or fresh broccoli in the microwave until it tender to your liking.
Add shredded chicken and cooked broccoli to pan mixture and stir to combine.
Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese and 1/2 cup crumbled bacon.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes, then move to the top rack and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese begins to brown. Remove and enjoy!
