mozzarella cheese and into bits1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Grated and Chopped into small bits
vanilla1 Tsp Vanilla
granulated sweetener1 Tsp Granulated Sweetener
cinnamon1 Tsp Cinnamon
almond flour2 Tbsp Almond Flour

Start by heating your waffle maker.

Mix ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker.

Lightly spray waffle maker with oil and cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.  Top with sugar free syrup. Makes 2 mini chaffles.

We recommend using this waffle maker since it makes perfect bread slice size chaffles and most of the chaffle recipes will be for 2 of these mini chaffles.
