Ingredients

ground beef
2 lbs ground beef
block mozzarella cheese
1 block mozzarella cheese
almond flour
½ cup almond flour
egg
1 large egg
pink himalayan salt
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
onion powder
1 tsp onion powder
garlic powder
1 tsp garlic powder
oregano
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place all ingredients except almond flour and cheese in a mixing bowl.

Sift the almond flour into the mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into equal size chunks.

Flatten out a small amount of the meat mixture in your hand.

Place the cheese cubes in the middle of each and roll sides to cover cheese completely.

Place meatballs on a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat and place in oven.

Bake for 25 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.

Serve with low carb marinara.
