Ingredients

chicken thighs
2 lbschicken thighs, boneless skinless
bragg's liquid aminos
1/2 cup Bragg's liquid aminos
rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
olive oil
1 tbsp olive oil
granulated sweetener
1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
garlic
3 cloves garlic, minced
pink himalayan salt
2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
ground pepper
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
chili paste
1 tsp chili paste
roasted cashews
1 cup Roasted Cashews
ginger
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
green onion
1 green onion, chopped

Directions

Heat a skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper; add to the hot pan.

Cook until well-browned, about 2 minutes per side.

Combine the all remaining ingredients (except for the green onions) in a mixing bowl and pour over the chicken.

Lower heat and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Top with sliced green onions right before serving.  Enjoy.
