Ingredients

chicken breasts
3 Chicken Breasts, Boneless, Skinless
pasta sauce
1 Cup Pasta Sauce
parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan and/or Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
seasoning
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
sea salt and pepper
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
olive oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Heat oil in instant pot on saute mode. Place chicken in oil and add italian seasoning. Give a stir or two over 4 minutes just to give the chicken some color.

Turn off Saute Mode and stir in pasta sauce.

Pressure cook for 12 minutes and do a quick release.

Smother with shredded mozzarella or Parmesan. Serve!
