garlic cloves

coconut flour
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
hot sauce
2 Oz. Hot Sauce
vinegar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
pepper
1 Tbsp Pepper
paprika
1 Tbsp Paprika
celery salt
1/2 Tbsp Celery Salt
lemon
1 Lemon
sea salt and pepper

Oil for Frying

Directions

Coat the chicken wings with lemon on all sides. Set aside for 3 minutes and dry thoroughly.Save

Smash together or blend the paprika, pepper, garlic, salt, hot pepper, hot sauce, and vinegar.Save

Marinate the chicken wings with the mixed spices. Chill in the fridge for an hour.Save

Transfer the wings to a plate and coat with coconut flour all over to cover the entire sides.

Pour the oil in a deep fryer set at 375°F.
