Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a large mixing bowl.

Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the cottage cheese. Mix until well combined.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round or rectangular base about 1/4-inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Remove the base from the oven and spread the sugar-free marinara sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, add your desired toppings, and return the pizza to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve.
