cheddar cheese1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded and Chopped into small bits)
almond flour2 Tbsp Almond Flour
egg1 Egg
bacon1 Tbsp Cooked Bacon (chopped)
jalapenos1 Tbsp Jalapenos (jar or fresh, chopped)


Start by heating your waffle maker.
Mix ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker.
Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker and cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. Enjoy as a side or as bread for sandwiches. Makes 2 mini chaffles.
