Ingredients

cauliflower
1 Head of Cauliflower
pepperjack cheese
2 Cups of Grated Pepperjack Cheese
cream cheese
8oz Cream Cheese
butter
2 Tbsp Butter
salt & pepper
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

Spray slow cooker with some coconut oil spray to coat.

Break up your cauliflower into small florets and discard the core.

Add cauliflower florets, cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to your slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.

Grate pepperjack cheese to your slow cooker and stir together.

Close slow cooker and cook for another 30 minutes.

Add in cooked bacon and stir. Serve warm.
