Ingredients

corn beef brisket
1 2 Lb. Corn Beef Brisket, Cooked
sauerkraut
1 Jar Sauerkraut (about 16 oz)
sea salt and pepper
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
caraway seeds
Caraway Seeds
swiss cheese
8 Slices Swiss Cheese
russian dressing
1/2 Cup Tbsp Russian Dressing
olive oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1. Chop corned beef into bite-size pieces. Heat large skillet to medium-high heat.

2. Drain sauerkraut and measure out 1 cup.

3. Heat oil in pan and add the corned beef and sauerkraut. Mix together, season with salt and pepper and let it get some color for about 10 minutes.

4. Top with slices of Swiss cheese and let it get nice and melty.

5. Drizzle with Russian dressing. Sprinkle with Caraway Seeds before serving.
