fozen spinach10 Oz Fozen Spinach, Thawed and Squeezed Out
scallions1/2 Cup Scallions, Chopped
dill2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Chopped
parsley2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
feta1/2 Feta, Crumbled
asiago2 Tbsp Asiago or Parmesan, Grated
almond flour1/2 Cup Almond Flour
baking powder1 Tsp Baking Powder
heavy cream1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
water3 Tbsp Water
olive oil1 Tsp Olive oil
eggs2 Eggs, Beaten
sea salt1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
pepper1/2 Tsp Pepper
cooking sprayCooking Spray


Preheat oven to 400°.
Lightly spray a pie dish with cooking spray.
Mix spinach, scallions, dill, parsley, feta cheese, and spoon into the pie dish.
Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and blend well. Pour into pie dish.
Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until knife comes out clean from the center. Let it stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
