10 Oz Fozen Spinach, Thawed and Squeezed Out
scallions
1/2 Cup Scallions, Chopped
dill
2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Chopped
parsley
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
feta
1/2 Feta, Crumbled
asiago
2 Tbsp Asiago or Parmesan, Grated
almond flour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
baking powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
heavy cream
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
water
3 Tbsp Water
olive oil
1 Tsp Olive oil
eggs
2 Eggs, Beaten
sea salt
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
pepper
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.

Lightly spray a pie dish with cooking spray.

Mix spinach, scallions, dill, parsley, feta cheese, and spoon into the pie dish.

Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
