bell pepper1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
jalapeno1 jalapeno, Chopped
garlic2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
onion1 Medium Onion, Chopped
tomatoes1 Can Diced Tomatoes, 15 Oz
tomato paste1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
beef broth2 Cups Beef Broth
chili powder2 Tbsp Chili Powder
cumin1 Tbsp Cumin
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to Taste


Add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper to a large deep pot and cook over medium heat. When meat is cooked through, drain most of the fat from pan.
Add the jalapeno, garlic, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, and salt and stir.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
Top with favorite toppings like cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
