Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, ChocZero maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour and vanilla protein powder, then mix into the cottage cheese mixture along with melted butter until well combined.

Divide the dough into two halves; stir white chocolate chips into one half and macadamia nuts into the other. Form cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

Make a small indentation in each cookie and fill with sugar-free red raspberry preserve. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
