parmesan1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
egg1 Large Egg, beaten
pork rinds3/4 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
salt1/2 Tbsp Salt
pepper1/2 Tbsp Pepper
garlic powder1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
oilOil for Frying
Dredging Stations
almond flour1 Cup Almond Flour
eggs2 Eggs, beaten with 1/4 Cup of Water
pork rinds1 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
saltSalt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder, to taste
Pizza Toppings
rao's pizza sauce2 Tbsp Rao’s Pizza Sauce
mozzarella2 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella
pepperoni6 Pepperoni
basilFresh Basil


Mix Chicken, Parsley, 1 Egg, Garlic Powder, Parmesan, and 3/4 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds in a bowl.
Form 1/3 of the mixture into thin patties on parchment paper and place on a baking tray.
Freeze for at least an hour.
Dip frozen patties in the Egg Wash, then coat with Almond Flour.
Dip again into the Egg Wash and press into Crushed Pork Rinds.
Fry each side in medium-heated oil for 5 minutes, ensuring an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Add Pizza Sauce, Basil, Mozzarella, and Pepperoni to crusts. Place under the broiler or in a preheated oven for 1-2 minutes until toppings are melted.
