Directions
Mix Chicken, Parsley, 1 Egg, Garlic Powder, Parmesan, and 3/4 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds in a bowl.
Form 1/3 of the mixture into thin patties on parchment paper and place on a baking tray.

Dip frozen patties in the Egg Wash, then coat with Almond Flour.
Dip again into the Egg Wash and press into Crushed Pork Rinds.
