1/4 Cup Olive Oil
tomato paste
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
garlic
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
okra
2 Cups Okra, sliced
onion
1 Onion, chopped
chicken broth
2 Cups Chicken Broth
chicken thighs
1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs, cubed
andouille sausages
3 Andouille Sausages
bell peppers
2 Bell Peppers, diced
tomatoes
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
cauliflower
2 Cups Cauliflower, riced
thyme
2 Tsp Thyme
cayenne
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
salt and pepper

Directions

Heat a skillet and brown the andouille sausages. Once browned, remove and slice them into chunks.

In the same skillet, sauté the garlic, onion, thyme, sea salt, and cayenne in olive oil until lightly browned.
