Heat oven to 400F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
In another bowl add your butter and almond extract.
Using a hand mixer, whisk gently until light and fluffy.

Roll dough into 8 even balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
