Ingredients

ground beef
2 Lbs Ground Beef 85/15
eggs
2 Eggs
almond flour
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
reduced sugar ketchup
1 Tbsp Reduced Sugar Ketchup
mustard
1 Tbsp Mustard
worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
sea salt and pepper
Sea Salt and Pepper
gouda cheese
1 Cup Gouda Cheese, Shredded
bacon
6 Strips Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
onion
1 Large Onion, Diced
oil
Oil for frying (about 2 Tbsp, Divided)

Directions

In a small pan over medium heat, add oil and grill the diced onions until cooked through and starting to brown, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Start forming meatballs.

Heat large skillet over medium high heat.  Add oil to pan and brown  meatballs on most sides until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Place cooked meatballs in a line baking pan.

Top meatballs with shredded Gouda cheese, grilled onions, and bacon and broil in oven until cheese is melted and starting to brown, about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
