Ingredients

bacon
4 Slices Bacon, cooked, half fat reserved
avocado
1 Avocado
lime juice
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
butter
4 Tbsp Butter, softened
onion
1 Tbsp Onion, Diced
garlic
1 Clove Garlic, Diced
cilantro
1 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
chili pepper
1 Small Chili Pepper, Chopped (Optional)
sea salt and ground pepper
Sea Salt And Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

Mash the avocado and mix it with the butter. Add  half of the bacon fat residue. Combine together with cilantro, chili, onion, lime juice, and garlic. Pepper and salt to your liking. Leave in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.

Take out from the fridge when the mixtures set and firm. Scoop out a spoonful of the guacamole mixture and mold them into spheres. Spread the toasted bacon bits on a plate. Coat the balls with the bacon bits. Serve.
