sesame oil2 tbsp sesame oil
garlic3 cloves garlic, minced
onion1/2 cup onion, diced
green onions5 green onions, sliced
ground pork1 lb ground pork
ground ginger1/2 tsp ground ginger
sea salt and peppersea salt and black pepper, to taste
garlic chili sauce1 tbsp Sriracha or garlic chili sauce, more to taste
coleslaw14 oz bag coleslaw
soy sauce3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
rice wine vinegar1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
sesame seeds2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Add the ground pork, ground ginger, sea salt, black pepper and Sriracha. Cook until the pork is cooked through.
Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos, and rice wine vinegar. Cook until the coleslaw is tender.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
