Directions

Combine onion, parsley, cilantro, hemp hearts, spices, and the flaxseed-water blend in a food processor, then pulse until the ingredients bind together when squeezed.

Shape the mixture into falafel patties. We formed 8, but you have the flexibility to create larger or smaller ones according to your preference.
