almond flour
3 Tbsp Almond Flour
baking powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
cinnamon
1 Tsp Cinnamon
granulated sweetener
1 Tbsp Granulated Sweetener
butter
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
egg
1 Egg
cream cheese
1 Oz Cream Cheese
granulated sweetener
1/2 Tbsp Granulated Sweetener

Butter Glaze

butter
1 Tbsp Butter, Melted
cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
granulated sweetener
1/2 Tsp Granulated Sweetener

Directions

Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a large mug.

Add in the Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Sweetener, Egg and mix well.

Microwave on high for 90 second.

Melt the butter for the butter glaze, then add the Cinnamon and sweetener to it and mix well. Pour the glaze over the cinnamon roll.

In a bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 30 seconds on half power, or until you hear the cream cheese start to crackle in the microwave. Add in the ½ Tbsp sweetener and mix well, then top with this cream cheese icing.
