Ingredients

cream cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
egg
1 large egg
almond flour
2 cups almond flour
natural chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup natural chunky peanut butter
heavy cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
coconut sugar
3 tbsp Swerve sweetener or coconut sugar, more if you like it sweeter.
vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips
1/4 Cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 º

In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese with the egg until smooth.

To the mixing bowl, add almond flour, peanut butter, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Using a rubber spatula, fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.

Transfer mixture to a non-stick 8×8 baking pan.

Bake for 20 Minutes. When done, remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into 12 squares.
