mozzarella cheese1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese ( Shredded then chopped into small bits)
almond flour2 Tbsp Almond Flour
egg1 Egg
bell pepper1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
seasoning1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
mozzarella cheese1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
garlic powder1 Tsp Garlic Powder


Start by heating your waffle maker.
Reserve a pinch of the cheese. Mix remaining ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker.
Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker and cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
Top with mozzarella and garlic powder. Broil for a minute or two or Air Fry at 370 for 3-4 minutes.Chop to form breadsticks. Enjoy with your favorite marinara!
