artichoke quarters2 Cans Artichoke Quarters (In Water), 12 oz each
cheese12 Oz Cheese (Freshly Grated, Mix of Mozzarella and Parmesan)
basil1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, Finely Chopped
leeks2 Large Leeks, Cleaned and Thinly Sliced
olive oil1 Tbsp Olive Oil
seasoning1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning


Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the thinly sliced leeks to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown and caramelized. Set aside.
Preheat your broiler to a high setting. Arrange the artichoke quarters in a flower pattern in a pie plate.
