Ingredients

almond flour
1 Cup Almond Flour
coconut flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
psyllium husk powder
2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
xanthan gum
1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
sea salt
1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
butter
1/4 Cup Butter
water
1/4 Cup Water

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add butter, cut into small pieces to pan.

Combine ingredients by hand. Add water and mix until combined well.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and flatten using hands. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Roll dough out until the size of pie pan. Carefully place into pie pan.
