Ingredients

Chaffle

mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded and chopped into bits)
cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
egg
1 Egg
almond flour
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
***Icing**
cream cheese
1 Oz Cream Cheese (softened)
butter
1 Tbsp Butter (softened)
liquid sweetener
1 Tsp Liquid Sweetener
vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

Start by heating your waffle maker.

Mix chaffle ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker.

Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker and cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.

While the chaffles cook, mix the softened butter and cream cheese until well combined. Add Sweetener and vanilla extract.
