garlic2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
onion1 Onion, Chopped
ground beef1 Lb. Ground Beef
tomatoes1 16 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes
seasoning4 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to Taste


In a large saucepan,  fry the onion and garlic in oil until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and continue to fry stirring continuously to break up the ground beef. Fry until all the meat is cooked and browned.
Add the herbs, seasoning and tomatoes.
Stir then simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with zoodles and grated cheese or parmesan sprinkled on top.
