beef tenderloin
1 1/2 Lb Beef Tenderloin, Cut into Cubes
pint cherry tomatoes
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
onion
1 Red Onion, Cut into Large Pieces
olive oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
sea salt and pepper

Directions

Arrange 4 or 5 pieces of beef, 2 or 3 pieces of onion and 2 or 3 tomatoes on each skewer.

Brush the skewers on both sides with olive oil and then season with salt and pepper. Working in batches, cook on a preheated grill or grill pan until nicely charred on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
