1 Lb Ground Beef
onion
1 Onion, Diced
bell peppers
2 Bell Peppers, Diced
tomatoes
1 10 Oz Can Tomatoes, Diced
tin chilis
1 Small Tin Diced Green Chilis
zucchini
1 Large Zucchini, Diced
taco seasoning
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
spinach
3 Cup Spinach
cheddarr cheese
1 1/2 Cup Cheddarr Cheese, Shredded
green onion
Green Onion, Diced

Directions

In a large pan, lightly brown ground beef and crumble well.

Drain some of the fat.

Add vegetables, and cook until browned.

Add canned tomatoes, taco seasoning, and any water needed for taco seasoning to evenly coat mixture.

Add greens and let fully wilt.

Mix well.

Cover with shredded cheese, and let cheese melt - about five minutes.
